Pricing, founding offer and guarantee

Setup fee. Every plan carries a one-time setup fee of $798, charged before the build starts.

Monthly plans. Standard prices are $449 a month (Never Miss a Call), $649 a month (Book Every Job) and $949 a month (Win the Job, Win the Review, plus a separately quoted one-time site build). Minutes beyond the plan allowance are billed per minute at the rate shown on your plan; you are told before any overage is charged. Plans are month to month and can be cancelled at the end of any monthly billing period.

Founding price. Founding clients pay half the standard monthly price: $225, $325 or $475 a month. The founding price is locked in for as long as the client stays on the plan they joined on. Moving to a different plan, or leaving and rejoining, is at the standard price for that plan unless we agree otherwise in writing.

30-day booked-job guarantee (founding clients). If, in the first 30 days after the receptionist goes live, it does not book at least one job or appointment from a call that would otherwise have been missed, we refund the $798 setup fee and the first month's plan fee. A missed call means a call to your business line that was not answered by you or your staff, as shown in your call log, and a booking means a job or appointment the receptionist placed in your calendar from such a call. Claims must be made within 14 days of the end of the 30-day period by email to [email protected].
