Plan 2 of 3

Book Every Job

$649$325/mo
Founding price, locked in while you stay

Answering the call is where most contractors lose. Following up is where the rest do. This plan keeps the receptionist working after the first conversation — chasing the ones who didn't book, handling the customers you already have, and showing you every enquiry in one place.

Who this is for

You've got a website, some ad spend, and a phone that's already busy. Enquiries come in from four directions and some fall through the gaps — the form that got a reply but not a booking, the customer who wanted to reschedule and never got an answer, the quote that went quiet. You want one receptionist across all of it.

A Tuesday with it running

  • 8:15 AM

Website chat opens. Same receptionist, same questions, booked for Thursday. No form, no waiting.

  • 9:40 AM

Existing customer calls about the invoice from last week. Answered, sorted, no interruption to your morning.

  • 11:00 AM

Monday's caller who said 'let me think about it' gets a text: 'Still want that looked at? We've got Wednesday open.' Booked.

  • 3:30 PM

You open the pipeline. Nine enquiries this week, six booked, two chasing, one closed-lost. You know exactly where the money is.

What are missed calls costing you?

Drag the sliders to your own numbers. Most owners have never done this math, and most wish they hadn't waited to.

Straight answers

Will customers know it's not a person?

If they ask, it tells them. Most don't ask — they've got a problem in the house and they want someone booked. It sounds calm, gets the address, the problem, and a time, and stops there.

What happens on a real emergency?

It asks two questions, then rings you live. If you don't pick up, it books the earliest slot and tells the caller exactly when you'll be there.

Does it quote prices?

Only the ranges you give it, and only if you want it to. Default is "the owner will confirm on site." It never invents a number.

Can I keep my number?

Yes. We forward your existing number, or give you a new tracking number for ads. Either way your customers dial what they've always dialed.

How long until it's live?

Setup call, then about a week to build and test with your real job types. You hear it before a customer does.

Am I locked into a contract?

Month to month. The setup fee covers the build; the plan covers the running. Leave whenever it stops paying for itself.

Stop losing them after the first call, too.

Fifteen minutes. Bring a real enquiry that went quiet — we'll show you what would have happened instead.

Slots mornings and lunchtimes, Eastern. No pitch deck. You'll hear the receptionist take a call.
